Dr Hosein Khajeh-Hosseiny
Founder and Executive Chairman
Hosein is a private equity investor, VC, & philanthropist in the UK and California. He’s been a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company for the past 25 years, has a PhD from the University of Cambridge, and continues as a judge for the university’s annual prize for Social Entrepreneurship.

Professor Jonathan Hillier
Managing Director of Science
Jon was the original developer of Cool Farm Tool. He also led the development of AHDB’s Carbon Decision Tool. He is a member of the EU Nitrogen Expert Panel and Global Academy of Agriculture and Food Security.

Dr Alasdair Sykes
Managing Director of Sustainability
Alasdair was Chief Scientific Officer and lead developer for Agrecalc and systems modeller for SRUC. His work continues to support decision making by DEFRA and the Scottish Government.

Anna Woodley
Managing Director, Business Development
Anna has held senior roles at industry leading organisations including Agrimetrics and Proagrica. She has a degree in commercial horticulture and studied business innovation with the University of Oxford. Anna’s family have a farm in Sussex.

Juan is an industrial engineer by training. His career has spanned the agricultural, financial services, and renewable energy sectors, including J.P. Morgan

Oliver Rubinstein
Customer Success Manager
Oliver has been a County Adviser for the NFU, Sustainability Consultant at ADAS, and a Researcher at The Organic Research Centre. He has an MSc in Sustainable Agriculture from Harper Adams and is the founder of Oliver’s Muesli, which sources from regenerative farms.

Louise Rix
Customer Success Manager
Louise has over 10 years of technical sales experience in the agricultural sector, most recently at Hummingbird Technologies. She has a Masters in Carbon Science, with her dissertation focusing on onion production. Louise’s family farm on the Essex/Suffolk border.

Will Cobbett
Customer Success Executive
Originating from a citrus farm in South Africa, Will chose to pursue his agricultural interests in the UK and completed a degree in BSc Agriculture at the Royal Agricultural University. During his time at university, Will took up a summer internship with Bayer Crop Science - focusing on trials agronomy for new crop protection products.

Lachlan Fulton
Customer Success Executive
Lachlan a great passion for sustainable agriculture. He worked on a cattle station in NSW, Australia, before attending the University of Exeter, where he graduated in Biological Sciences, specialising in Microbiology and Infectious Disease. Prior to joining Trinity, Lochie has undertaken internships at Durrell Conservation Trust and Corteva Agriscience, tackling both biodiversity and food security challenges.

Dr Juliette Maire
Senior Sustainability Engineer
Juliette’s PhD explored nitrous oxide emissions from grazed grasslands. She is a remote sensing expert with foundations in agronomy, sustainable agriculture and agroecology.

Dr Joe Oyesiku-Blakemore
Senior Sustainability Engineer
Joe’s PhD explored soil carbon emissions in upland soils. His background includes environmental modelling, including soil carbon sequestration and emissions in Scottish grasslands and environmental processes in red soil is South East China.

Professor Simon Potts
Chair of Scientific Board
Simon is a Professor of Biodiversity & Ecosystem services, Director of the Centre for Agri-Environmental Research, Reading University, co-chair of the UN’s Thematic Assessment of Pollinators, & a member of DEFRA’s Pollinator Advisory Steering Group.
